| More recently we have been
appointed by Priority Youth Housing to refurbish their regional offices and
have started a project with the support of Bristol City Council to refurbish
derelict properies in the Bristol area. |

| We currently are building new larger
properties in St Pauls and refurbishing several flats in the Montpelier area.
In addition we have a team working in the Hartlepool and Stockton regions of
Northern England renovating several properties for our existing investment
portfolio clients. |

Our approach to design and build is totally unique as we only
work with existing clients or referals where we are involved with the financing
of the projects either via our own line of credit or prearranged with our
funding partners RBS/Nat West and Barclays Bank. |
